Dr. Wilma (Willi) Walker 
Professor Emeritus from Eastern Kentucky University - native of Carter County, KY - graduate of Morehead State University and the University of Kentucky - former high school teacher of geography and mathematics - taught in Michigan, California, England, and North Africa before returning to Kentucky and joining the geography faculty at EKU - Chair of the Geography Department (1986-2000) - developed the Aviation Program at EKU and was head of the program (1983-2000) - after retirement became a licensed real estate sales associate, a women's clothing consultant, an owner and operator of a small business (Hallmark Shop), a volunteer for several endeavors (President of the Richmond Rotary Club for 2013-2014), and currently the Chair of the Madison County Airport Board.


Adrienne Millett, MD - Board Member
A practicing ophthalmologist in Richmond since 1981, is an aviation enthusiast and the treasurer of the Madison County Airport Board. She has two sons who are both commercial pilots that trained at Central Kentucky Regional Airport.


Charles N. Conley - Board Member
Charles N. Conley, "Chuck" was born in Eastern Kentucky, graduated from Paintsville High School, then from Union College in Barbourville, Kentucky, with majors in economics, accounting, and chemistry. Moving directly from college to Berea, Kentucky he began an entrepreneurial career spanning 50 years. Businesses included auto parts, sporting goods, golf resort ownership, golf car distributor, a Series 7 stock broker with offerings in financial planning, investments and insurance, multi-location medical imaging company, and, at present, a manufacturing/factory services company, Industrial Services Solutions, LLC located in Berea and offering services worldwide. Mr. Conley served on the Berea Community School Board for five years. He is also very active in the Berea United Methodist Church in Berea. Mr. Conley has been a pilot for over 40 years and has owned several different types of aircraft. Currently he owns, with 3 partners, and flies a Cessna 182 out of Central Kentucky Regional Airport. He is currently serving his first year on the Madison County Airport Board. He believes the airport is the front door of his community, and subsequently reflects the attitude of the local communities and their commitment to providing outstanding infrastructure to local government, existing business, new business, and its citizens.


George Wyatt - Board Member - Chair
George Wyatt has represented the City of Berea on the Madison County Airport Board since 2005. He is a commercial instrument rated pilot, and owner of a Cessna 182 Skylane based at Central Kentucky Regional Airport. Mr. Wyatt is a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA), and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA). Mr. Wyatt is a life long resident of Berea, graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, and served in the United States Air Force. He serves at the state level on the aviation sub-committee of Kentuckians for Better Transportation (KBT). He is a member of the Kentucky Aviation Association (KAA), a graduate of Leadership Madison County, past member of the Berea City Council, and a past Director of the Berea Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Wyatt is the owner of the Club Arena Skating Rink in Berea, and Better Buildings Home Inspection Service.


Stephen Tussey - Board Member
Mr. Tussey is retired from the Dept. of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons after a distinguished career in many challenging positions and assignment locations. Steve began his career as a correctional officer and advanced through the system holding positions of increasing responsibility until retiring as the Federal Bureau of Prisons, National Safety Administrator, the agencies top safety and health professional. He has nearly 40 years of experience in Corrections, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health and Fire Protection. 

Steve worked closely with numerous federal, state and local agencies developing inter-agency agreements and emergency response plans for bio-chemical, weapons of mass destruction, fire and natural disasters. He developed the first training agreement with OSHA, allowing the entire Bureau of Prisons safety staff to become certified OSHA instructors, therefore having a tremendous residual effect at the institutional level training hundreds of staff and inmates. Steve continues to work in the correctional field as a Consultant  performing inspections of correctional facilities throughout the United States and providing advice and assistance in all aspects of correctional management.        

Steve also provides expertise to Eastern Kentucky University assisting with curriculum development and instruction in correctional related fields.

After retiring over 10 years ago Steve fulfilled a life long goal of becoming a private pilot and purchasing an airplane. Steve keeps and flies his airplane at his home airport, Central Kentucky Regional Airport, an airport his Uncle, Howard Collier was instrumental in forming.


Myron Fisher - Board Member 
Myron Fisher, CPA, CGMA is a Member at Baldwin CPAs, PLLC. Myron serves as the Firm’s Leader of Assurance Services and the Quality Control Director.  Myron has been with Baldwin CPAs for more than 27 years. Over the years, Myron has been tremendously involved in both the accounting community and the local community. Myron has worked with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Peer Review Enhanced Oversight. He has served as a member of the Kentucky Society of CPAs (KyCPA) Peer Review Committee. Myron has also served as a member of the KyCPA Board of Directors and is the firm’s Audit Quality Partner for the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center and Governmental Audit Quality Center. In the local community, Myron served as the Chair of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce from 2016 to 2017. He is an alumnus of Eastern Kentucky University.


Colleen Chaney - Board Member 

Colleen Chaney serves as Eastern Kentucky University Chief of Staff and Chief Communications Officer. Her role includes leading critical functions and initiatives of the President’s Office and providing direct leadership to the Office of Communications and Brand Management. With a reputation as a culture changer coupled with a passion for problem solving, Colleen has gained a reputation as one of the leading “fixers” in the state.

Her service to the Commonwealth of Kentucky spans over 20 years. With a keen interest in public administration, she earned degrees in both Political Science and Communications from Indiana University. Colleen later continued her education by earning her Master of Public Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.

She began her career in public and member relations with the Kentucky League of Cities, then served as the youngest female commissioner for Governor Ernie Fletcher in the Governor’s Office of Local Development and transitioned to Director of Corporate and Legislative Affairs for Secretary of State Trey Grayson. She then focused her statewide experience on her home county by working with Madison County Clerk Kenny Barger and later serving as District Director for Sixth District Congressman Andy Barr, and most recently as Deputy Judge Executive for Madison County Judge Executive/Kentucky Association of Counties (KACo) President Reagan Taylor.

Her service on boards and commissions is vast, including but not limited to the Central Kentucky Regional Airport, Richmond Chamber of Commerce, Baptist Health Foundation, Kentucky Infrastructure Authority, Appalachian Regional Commission, and Kentucky Housing Corporation.
